What are our delivery, processing and shipping times?
Standard shipping times
- France: 5 – 7 working days
- United Kingdom: 5 – 10 working days
- Europe: 5 – 12 working days
- Oceania: 7 – 15 working days
- United States and Canada: 7 – 12 business days
- Latin America: 7 – 20 business days
- Oceania: 7 – 20 working days
- Other countries: 10 – 20 working days
Order processing time:
Orders can sometimes take 1 – 3 days to process after you place your order then it takes 2 days to ship. We do not send on weekends.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are dispatched, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven’t received one or the tracking number doesn’t work, no worries. Contact us and we’ll solve it!

Unexpected delays:
In some cases, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times listed above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing which we cannot control. Please contact us if your package takes too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
